We have arrived safely in Goteborg!

All the athletes and supporters arrived safely in Goteborg at about lunchtime on the 16th. From there a bus took us to our hotel, which is the Spar Hotel Garda. Athletes made use of the rest of the day to relax and some got to know the area a bit. We're all facinated by how late the sun goes down! It only gets "dark" at about 23h00 at night. Yesterday the 17th, athletes and supporters registered officially and we had our first dinner at the main conference centre. Today will be the opening ceremony as well as some running items and volleyball. We will be updating this site again tommorrow. We wish all our athletes competing today all the best of luck!
